The video installation depicts a fictional experiment where earthworm Caenorhabditis elegans is instructed repeatedly to tie itself into an overhand knot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u102084-12\">C. elegans are the first multicellular organism that has had its genome sequenced, allowing scientists to study and interact with the animal&#8217;s behaviour and traits.
